DirectionsSacch Rest/Mash at 152* for 60 minutes.  I used 7.5 gallon (full volume) for BIAB.  Mash-Out at 170* for 10 minutes.  Hang/drain/squeeze bag into kettle while raising heat to boil.  Boil 60 minutes to about 5.75 gallons.



Fermentation
notes
Pitch rehydrated yeast as close to 68* as possible.  Ferment in primary 3-4 weeks and bottle.

Tasting
notes
Nice rye twang that goes very well with the 3 C's hops... not a normal Brown by any means...malt and hop forward...great balance with crisp, clean character.
