Directions | Make a 1 quart starter 3-4 days before brewing. Mash at 152 for 60 minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes. Cool, pitch yeast. Ferment until gravity is stable at 67 degrees F. Transfer to secondary and dry hop for 5 days before bottling. |
