Water profile:
Ca - 7
Mg - 0
Na - 4
Cl - 6
SO4 - 21
HCO3  - 13

This beer is best when brewed with the above profile and no acid additions.

Fermentation
notes
Ferment at 70F for 3-4 days then ramp to 75F and hold for 2 days before packaging at 2.7 vols CO2

Tasting
notes
High fruitiness from the hops and yeast. Lots of Orange/Tangerine notes with cherries, mango, and passion fruit as well. Malt profile is a little more solid than the average wheat due to the maris otter malt. Gives the malt backbone enough character to make it interesting but not obtrusive.

Very drinkable and approachable for both new-to-craft-beer folks and seasoned IPA drinkers.
