Directions | Soaked 1lb of pilsner malt in water the baked in over at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours. Used 3 oz of this as home roasted pilsner malt.
Mashed at 150 degrees for 60 minutes and batch sparged
Primary fermentation for 21 days at 63-64 degrees
