DirectionsFull volume BIAB. Mash in at 165 for a 75 minute mash at 162. 60 minute boil. With 10 minutes remaining in the boil, add 1 lb of D-45 candi syrup (the seventh and final ingredient allowed by the contest restrictions). Mix well. Whirlpool for 5 minutes.
