Directions
Base water = Distilled
Target water = "Brown Balanced" 

Mash with 5.625 quarts at 148°F for 60 minutes.
Batch sparge with two steps. 
Preboil volume = 4.39 gallons

Boil for 60 minutes.



Fermentation
notes
Ferment at 64°F ambient for 10 days.
Bottle condition for 14 days. Carbonate to 1.6 volumes.
