Fermentation notes | 10 days primary at 64F, then give it a few days at 66F or 68F to clean it up a bit. |

Tasting notes | Light and smooth, it is definitely not yeast forward at all. A good blend of subtle sweetness, coriander, and fruit. If you're into Blue Moon, serve this with an orange. |
