DirectionsMash this around 152F, it is a fairly straightforward brew. You're also going to want to add .75oz of freshly ground Coriander at 10 minutes and .2oz of sweet orange peel at five. 

Fermentation

10 days primary at 64F, then give it a few days at 66F or 68F to clean it up a bit. 

Tasting
notes
Light and smooth, it is definitely not yeast forward at all. A good blend of subtle sweetness, coriander, and fruit. If you're into Blue Moon, serve this with an orange.
