DirectionsBIAB.  Steep in bag or 60 minutes.  Boil 6.5 gallons for 60 minutes.  Kegged with gelatin for fining.

Fermentation
notes
5 days at 66 to 68.  5 days at 71.

Tasting
notes
usually I do this with a rye addition that really adds a level of spiciness but left out due to competition guidelines of limited ingredients.  The flaked maize shines through with just enough of hop aroma.
