* White Labs WLP004 (Irish Ale Yeast)

**Fermentables**  

* 1 lb 6.6144 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (65.7%)  
* 9.432 oz Barley, Flaked (27.4%)  
* 2.3712 oz Black Barley (Stout) (6.9%)

**Hops**  

* .3 oz Goldings, East Kent, 32.3 IBU @ 6 min (First Wort) - 5% AA

**Directions:** Mash at 150 for 1 hour. BIAB.

**Fermentation Notes:** Fermented at  Ambient 70* for 2 weeks.

**Tasting Notes:** Crisp, light yeast esters, nice body. Nice roast without being overpowering.

**Credits:** Brewed for a group dinner with a theme for Irish food. Brought a homebrew version of Guinness.
