Directions | Mash for 90 minutes at 152°F.
Wyeast Weihenstephan 3068 with starter.
Some form of Hallertau hops to at least 10 IBUs with the ratio of 75% @ 45 mins and 25% @ 15 mins. |

Fermentation notes | Ferment at 68°F for 10 days then cold crash and keg or bottle to 3.0 volumes. Recommend using a blow off tube, this tends to ferment very vigorously. |

Tasting notes | This beer is has a nice balance of wheat and fruity notes with just enough spice character. Low-medium mouthfeel with a nice foamy white head. Very easy to drink, and would be great for during the summer.
