I am! I am!  I'm planning either a re-run of my wife-famous Munich IPA or an Amber Ale from the Brewing Classic styles book.

Who else?

I wish I was.  I have a batch still lagering right now, but that's it.  This feels *wrong*.

I'm brewing! Woo!

I've littered all of the internet forums that I'm brewing Brulosopher's Lil' Slack IPA. Very excited.

After that it is a Bourbon Oak RIS

Then my Black Loch RIS

Then a trub experiment.

Then one of HomebrewDad's beers.

I need a calendar or something.

I am. Brewing Brulo's "A Little Slack IPA". I'm using Chico because most of my other yeast has succumbed to a failed compressor on my refrigerator. I'm also using Simcoe/Amarillo with more flavor hops additions. It should be interesting.

I'm dropping a 6 gallon batch of Australian Cabernet in one fermenter (the wife loves red wine, and it also gets me points with my in-laws - not to mention I'll drink wine if there's no beer handy).

The second fermenter is getting a batch of what was supposed to be spiced winter ale (the kit was a gift), but since I'm not a fan of spiced beers, I set the spices aside and I'm going to drop about a handful of El Dorado hops in.  If it's too hoppy for all my friends, all the better - more beer for me!

Then I've got a 10 gallon batch of English Mild to brew so I've got some lighter beer at hand, but I'll likely knock that out in 2 weeks or so.

No brewing, just lots of bottling this weekend.

I'm honestly not sure what to brew next

I'm just bottling a Belgian dark strong and an oatmeal stout that I'm a little nervous might be infected.

Doing a dry run on my new outdoor set up (was inside up until this point, so got a new burner new kettle new hose & filter). Was going to brew this weekend but I was late to ordering a biab bag for my stupidly huge kettle. Hoping to do it next weekend if the weather cooperates.

I made up my mind, I'm going to make the Munich/Citra IPA this weekend.

I'm not, but I wish I was. I did, however, just get my vial of Vermont Yeast from TYB, so I'll be making  a starter for that and planning out my Galaxy pale ale, or a galaxy IPA.

This is my most brew crazy weekend so far. I bottled earlier today, then ran out and bought ingredients for two batches. Brewed the Citra Saison I brought up elsewhere on this site and I'm currently cold-steeping dark grains for an attempt at a stout tomorrow (which will come after another round of bottling).

Then Monday it's back to school. :(

No brewing here...but I kegged an English Ale (40-50 IBU's, ~6%ABV)  and bottled a SMaSH (Pale Ale/Aussie Galaxy, 100IBU's and 4%ABV)

Next up is an Amber Ale for my mother.

Then I don't know what, maybe a Stout...or a Pale Ale...or a Barleywine for next winter...i can't decide

Didn't brew this past weekend but am bottling 2 beers this upcoming weekend. I have a Caribbean Stout and HomebrewDad's Oakenbranch IPA. Going to start dry-hopping the IPA this week and will add gelatin. Guess I could add the gelatin to the Stout but I don't think you would ever notice haha.

Also just to put this out there. Check out Brulosopher's Best Brown recipe. It is amazing!

I brewed a little one-gallon batch of Northern Brewer's White House Honey Porter. Keep your fingers crossed the heat stays on while it ferments during this blizzard!
