It ain't as purty as Olan's IPA, but, it's pretty tasty.

Vanilla and plum dominate the nose. Full bodied with roasty notes, plum, and a bit of tannic bite to it. This will probably be better in a month.

Thanks. Full-bodied and pretty smooth. Next generation will be half-n- half MO/Munich2 as the base instead of 2Row/Munich2. I'll also let it go in the fermentation chamber a little longer before bringing it out to finish. Always tweaking, but, this wasn't a bad first Baltic for me.
