Hey guys. Check out/ Critique my new 30g system. 

Took a while to finally get everything in place and of course had a few issues with the first run, but landed 73% efficiency so I'm satisfied!

Not quite yet! but ultimately we have a plan for a company. Until then, personal consumption and getting our beers out to our friends, etc.!

 Its a 30G commercial skillet.

Normally used to cooking up large quantities of tomato sauce...turned brew kettle

Hope you're renting this place for a song. We've got a similar place in a strip mall around here that I was drooling over all the equipment they left behind. So many baking/brewing possibilities.
