Maybe just put "BU Challenge"?

Most of the judging sites are homebrew shops, so we don't want them to accidentally open your beer.

I deleted the question because it's technically not ok to ship alcohol from my state.  I'm going to do it anyway, just didn't want it to disqualify me based on that, but it is what it is.  To those wondering what we're talking about, I asked about labeling it something else other than indicating Brew on there.

When do these beers actually get judged and when are the results posted? I can't find any mention of that in the rules.

Beer judging was this weekend (i think one location still has a couple styles left to judge because some of the judges had some things come up, so they were short handed)

Results i believe were going to be posted in a week or two.

Judging for the Divisions happened this weekend, though Malty needs to finish up tomorrow. The plan for the overall BOS is to jugde this coming Sunday (November 1st). I need to vet the winning entries, but I plan to make a post by Tuesday to at least announce winners (save BOS). Scores will be out for everyone in the next week or so.

After receiving Olan's email this morning and reading about the judging in Austin, I felt compelled to say that as a first time competitor I had no idea how much time and energy is required to make one of these competitions happen. I feel like I have already received some positive feedback in that I believe my beers were well-wrapped and that I wasn't wasting anyones time in having my beer judged :-) I greatly appreciate Olan's email explaining the process, the time-lines and some of the adaptive rescheduling. I'm somewhat embarassed, but willing to admit that I thought the deadline for getting the beers in was actually when the first round of judging would take place - doh! I'm happy to know that I was wrong and that wiser and more experienced people were in charge.
Thanks to all who were involved in making this happen. Truly an amazing group!!
