So I defrosted my little kegerator that is able to hold two 5 gal kegs last week. I then proceeded to put in 10 gals of english mild from a yeast experiment I was doing. 4 days later I'm brewing and go to grab out some fermcap, and hmmm the fermcap is frozen... oh no... check on things and notice my beer lines full of sanitizer are frozen. I thump on one keg and it sounds normal, I thump on the other and it is a dull thud like its frozen. Ughh. Looks like maybe the thermostat might have been stuck. I'm guessing this stuff will be stupidly overcarbonated once it thaws. Hopefully it didn't damage the kegs. The sad part is my yeast slants are stored in the same fridge. Guess I need to look at putting a temp controller on it.... Hopefully the beer tastes OK.

Dude, that stinks. At least you can bleed the pressure off in a keg; it's not like you're looking at bottle bombs.

Hope it all works out for you.
For what it's worth, I think I ended up paying around $30-$35 for the temp controller, project box, and everything else.
