So, I brewed a wheat beer with this, and I don't want to spill too much of the beans on this because I'll post a full review later, but KidMoxie's description of orange soda is spot on.
The orangey-ness of this hops is off the charts. It's fairly complex too. I think this is a sure winner. I definitely want more of it. I think maybe it would be best used with other hops because it just doesn't have that juiciness of a Galaxy or Citra, but this particular orange flavor is not really something you find in any other hop.

Interesting! I had the "Ron Mexico" from Russian River Brewing (an AHA commemorative beer for the 2015 meeting) that used this variety, and got many of the same impressions. Totally agreed that it would be best paired with another hop...the citrus was almost a little overwhelming in its intensity, perhaps on the edge of unpleasant to my tastebuds. I was wondering if it was just me, or if I had agitated the bottle too much prior to serving, but your comments seem to mesh with my own take on it. Even so, I ordered another ounce of it, and will be brewing something with it this winter.

Where can one get their hands on these hops?

NHC :)
They should be in homebrew supplies this fall.

I figured. I thought about trying to hit up some old contacts in Yakima, but I'll just wait.

I got mine at NHC, but looks like the first place stocking them is label peelers, but the price is kind of steep IMO:
