LTTP, but I'm a single batch sparger and usually get ~82% extract efficiency. I mash in my 10 Gal Blichmann kettle (so I can direct fire for different rests) then transfer by hand to a 10 gal circular Igloo cooler with this false bottom.

I usually only get ~70-72% brewhouse efficiency because I always leave ~1/2 gallon+ in the kettle. Though after Brulosopher's trub findings I've been slowly weening myself off leaving so much behind.

I mash in a bag in a 3.7 gallon beverage steel beverage dispenser (it's going to get replaced soon with a five gallon cooler probably).

I usually just heat up the strike water, dump it in, dump in the grains, stir for a while, then let it sit (assuming temp is okay). I usually stir every 15 minutes or so. I've been getting ~72% efficiency, with the best being 78, worst being 69.
