I don't know how to reply with a quote, but Necropaw's statement about taking 10 minutes to keg a batch...this is why I'm going kegging ASAP.  Screw this bottling crap.

Theres cleaning and crap that needs to be done, but its such an insane time saver, imo. Just so much easier, and i dont have to have a dedicated fridge for bottles of beer...

Well, now that fridge just has homebrew exchange bottles and commercial beer in it....

Go Olan!

I just kicked my keg of amber. Didnt realize it was that low. Im actually kinda happy, i have 10 gallons of beer (another Amber, though this one a bit hoppier, and another light pale ale) sitting in the keezer cold crashed and ready to keg. Just didnt really have room for all of it.

I want to rearrange my room tomorrow now that i have a quiet computer again (so i dont have to have my computer desk in a specific spot so i can run the tower into the other room like ive been doing for the last few years...), but i also have brewing stuff i need to take care of. Blarg. I should probably make another batch of beer sometime, too...and Sunday isnt going to work for that because of football. Poo.

anywho...first world problems thanks to working 47 hours this week + about 8 hours of commute time. Actually more than that, the roads were shit the last couple of days.
