Since my supposedly new corny smelled a bit like oil, I decided to run some PBW through it prior to sanitizing.

No need to fill it up, though... right? Mix up a gallon, shake it around, rinse. All is good.

Right?

So tell me... should I be leaking liquid around the pressure relief valve when I'm doing this?

Saw it was a kegging question, figured i'd finally be able to answer something.

But nope, you have to have one of those fancy ball locks (or a pin lock lid with a PRV).

Curse you.

Also fuck windows. I shouldnt even be awake anymore, but im trying to find my fucking beersmith recipes.

I figured it out. Swapped PRV screws, still didn't help. Then, I realized that if I didn't flip the handle all the way, it had more pressure, which fixed things.

Anyway, I now have pressurized star san. About to run that through, then finally, rack some beer.
