I had it as a showerbeer and it seemed a bit closer than i had originally thought. Now that i just poured a fresh pint and its good and cold, i do think it needs just a touch more carbonation again.

Its definitely close, though.

Might be a *touch* sweet, but i dont necessarily mind that in a beer. I have no idea how i was picking up on it as too bitter before. Maybe my tastebuds have changed their minds after some salsa and other sweeter beer. I dunno. Maybe that first pour had some yeast in it that seemed harsh. Hop flavor is pretty good. I kinda feel like some Cascade would really balance it, though. not much, maybe .5-1oz at 2 minutes.

I wish i had sent this beer out for our exchange :(

This brown is getting better. Still yeasty, still on the cloudy side. Of course, I've only pulled three pints.

My IPA is cold crashing now. I'll apply gelatin tonight, and keg in a couple of days.

I work from home about 10 ft from my kegorator. Usually don't noon drink but there's definitely a lot of 3 pm drinking going on.

Bite your tongue @ Bama win. It's hard enough to be little brother in this state without them piling on again and again.

I don't tend to drink at work but I am able to brew while I'm at work. :)

I am now forcing myself to not hit the taps before 5:00 - just to cut the calorie/carb intake significantly down. Just too easy.

On the days I work, I'm not even home until after 5pm, and my intake is completely dependent on whether I hangout with my neighbor or not. When I don't, maybe 3 less-than-pints, when I do, it's more like 2 pints plus a few Banquets. Weekends, that's a different story...

Im usually good during the week because hangovers at work are just a really bad idea.

Sunday night was an exception, though. my IPA was going down waaaaaaaaay too well, and there was a lot of celebrating to do after that playoff game...

Yesterday morning was rough >_>
