I removed the bazooka screen from my mash tun and just use the brewbag now. I really like it.
Bazooka screen does work pretty well, though. No reason to change if you dont want to spend the money.

This is a great summer beer. It and my peated session lager are two of my favorite summer drinks. So easy to slam a 400 mL bottle of the commercial beer out of Grodzisk. They also sell it mixed (and pasteurized) with some syrups. One is elderflower, one is red currant, and I forget the others. Consider adding some fruit syrup in the glass a la the European style. It is also one of the cheapest styles to make.
