Wow..38/39 for my 1st place kentuck common! I brewed for the competition and did not like the color of the beer I was going to turn in so I edited the recipe and rebrewed 12 days before turn in. I actually pulled two bottles from the fermenter and added carbonation drops and brought to drop off location the next day. Figured I had a least a week before judging to self carb. Let the rest sit another 4 or 5 days then kegged. Love the kegged stuff.

Just curious - if the final BiS bottles won't arrive to be judged until next Monday or Tuesday, does that mean the score sheets won't be posted until after that? Or is there a chance that the score sheets will be posted before then (i.e. before this weekend or this weekend)?
