DirectionsMash at 150F for 60 minutes.

Boil for 60 minutes with the recommended hop additions.

Pitch yeast at 70F.  Ferment for 10 days (or FG) at 68F.

Dry hop for 4 days.

2 volumes of CO2.

Tasting
notes
Slight spice from the rye.  Little bit of maltiness from the MO and Munich balances well with the citrus and pine flavors and aroma from the hops.
