DirectionsNote that the stats above refer to the version using WLP090.  Using WLP530 yields a FG of 1.012. 

Mash @ 151 degrees F for 60 minutes.  Mash out @ 168 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Fermentation

Ferment @ 68 degrees F.  For the Belgian version, slowly ramp up the temperature to 74 degrees F until terminal gravity is reached.
