DirectionsToast 4 oz. Pilsner malt in oven at 300 degrees F for 25 minutes.  Toast 1 oz. Pilsner malt in over at 400 degrees F for 50 minutes.  BIAB mash with batch sparge.  Approximately 1 quart of wort was pulled from boil and boiled down in a separate kettle for approximately 15 minutes, then added back to boil kettle.

Fermentation

Start fermentation at 55 degrees F for 3 days, then allow to free-rise to 65 degrees F for the remainder of primary fermentation.
