DirectionsHeat up strike water.

Spill 4 oz of grains on the floor.  Crucial step

Mash 152F for 60 min.

Mash pH of 5.4.

"Pale ale" profile on Bru'n Water.

Dump all the trub into the carboy.



Fermentation
notes
Make an appropriate starter. 

Ferment 67-70F ambient for 3 weeks. 

Dry hop for 4 days.

Cold crash and package.
