DirectionsBrewed on a Zymatic using the normal single infusion profile. Mashed at 152 for 60 minutes. Used 3.56 gallons of RO water with 2.31g gypsum, 1.42g Calcium Chloride, .71g epsom salt, 1.07g kosher salt.
