Tasting notes | Appearance: White head, dissipated after a minute, but left some around the edges. Color is a burnt orange, almost copper. Aroma: Malty, with a hint of sweetness Flavor: Like the aroma, it's malty with a hint of sweetness. No perceptual bitterness, but has enough to counteract the malty sweetness. Finishes with a slightly toasty note. Mouthfeel: Feels pretty thin, especially given the high mash temp and high final gravity. Very smooth and drinkable, though. | ||||||||||||||||
