DirectionsMash @ 152f for 60 minutes.  1 Whirlfloc tablet at 10 minutes remaining in the boil.  Be aware, Munich costs about double what a regular base malt costs, so this is a relatively expensive batch.

As of the second time brewing this, I'm having some trouble getting good attenuation.  I got 1.075 out of my last batch after a mash process change that yielded more weight than I expected.  I underpitched the Nottingham, and it stalled out at 1.030.  FYI.
