Pumpkin beers are my absolute favorite. I've been to the Elysian Great Pumpkin brewing festival the last two years and loved every minute of it. 80+ pumpkin beers, it's like some sort of beer heaven for me lol!

At any rate, I am working on a clone of one of their beers, so I am looking for input or any suggestions to see if I am missing anything obvious, or if anyone thinks I might be over doing anything. Probably a little hard to work a clone recipe if you haven't had it, but I figured I might as well see if anything glaringly seems out of place.

15 or 30 oz (haven't decided how much yet) Pureed Pumpkin in the mash, boil, and fermenter (so a total of either 45 or 90oz)
I may just cop out and go with Libby's, but if I do that I will back spice with additional Vietnamese Cinnamon (Specifically told to use that by the head brewer).
16 oz Roasted Pumpkin Seeds in the mash

20 IBU's with Magnum Hops

This shows a 9.1% ABV according to BeerSmith, 1% over the ABV on Elysian's website for the beer, but I read an article that he published on special additions that specifically said to make sure to overshoot the gravity when adding so much pumpkin to the mash, due to the additional water you're adding (which is alot in pumpkin!).

Yeast they use is Siebel BRY96, which is extremely similar (I've heard may possibly even be the same) as 1056, so I will likely use that.
