Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself!
My name is Zach, and I hail from the Pacific Northwest. Been brewing for a couple years now, and been loving every minute of it (except the few months I took off...in which I longed to get back into brewing!).

All I know about Washington State (in terms of brewing) is that my El Dorado hops come from there, and the beer I made with them smells DIVINE.

Thanks guys! I'm out in Federal Way now (MV is just my hometown), but work in Seattle so I get around a bit :D
Hopefully I have time to post a few more recipes today, have at least 2 more I think would make great additions to the site.
