I thought this was super interesting, really enjoyed how you went into the water chemistry and the effects that will have. I can't wait to see if It holds up to those predictions, and what Marshall thinks of it. Well done Matt!

Hey thanks... beginning to worry that there were just too many differences for the minerals to be isolated... but a fun test to see both the potential impact of mineralization and the ability to mimic someones's recipe. We always say 10 people can brew the same recipe with 10 different results... but hoping this is close enough. The samples from the conical are pretty good! It's clearing up nicely as well.

FYI - I got an email from Martin just as I posted this - there is an errata release that addresses some of the acid addition functionality. Check your spam folders if you are expecting it.

A much different topic - we have a new LHBS that has been amazing. Knew Chris from AHS for years, but so cool to see someone step out on their own and really deliver. Cheers!
