I joined a while back but have not had time to contribute. I have been brewing for about 5 years now and just started doing 10Gal batches. Using the usual cooler mash tun with one glass and one PET carboy. I have a True glass front refrigerator that has been converted to a ferm chamber and an old top freezer refrigerator that has been converted to a two keg kegorator with taps in the front door. Nothing fancy (outside of the ferm chamber). Glad to be a part of the party.
