Thanks, guys - but I can't take all the credit. We have some phenomenal judging directors that are putting in a lot of effort, too. And putting up with me obsessing and emailing them all. the. time. And they aren't afraid to tell me when I'm being stupid, which is super valuable - as anyone who has dealt with me knows.

I am sort of tempted to try making a single sweet wort... something like 88% Pils, 10% munich, 1% Wheat and C60(blegh).... then make all my adjustments in the boil/whirlpool, maybe use some pilsen DME for gravity adjustment.
Brew like, 15 gallons from a single mash, with 3 boils. Might be a fun experiment.
