An entry for three beers from OKC, OK. I've not received an e-mail confirming the entry though.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how this works out. Thanks!

Signed up for three beers on 7/3 - Didn't get an email in the spam or inbox :( can it be checked?
thanks,

Sure thing, Ugliest.
I see you paid for three beers, no commemorative items. Styles 7B, 10B, 12A. I show an email was sent to gmail.

Thanks for checking, I must have accidentally deleted it or something then. Checked my email and it looks correct so IDK

What about acidulated malt for the purpose of mash PH control?
Posted 34 days ago.
Let me check with the judges, but I'm going to say that its probably illegal, that you'll need to use lactic acid or similar.
But I am not the final arbiter, stand by.

Yeast nutrient, Irish moss...are those types of things good to go? Putting together the recipes right now in BeerSmith so I can get ingredients ordered.

Yeast nutrient is fine. Irish moss is a fining agent, it's fine.

Hey, opiate - the official ruling is that acidulated malt is a fermentable, so no - it is illegal. You'll need to use lactic acid, phosphoric acid, etc.

Acid malt is generally pils though...
