Hello all! My name is Dan, and I am primarily a sour brewer. I've been homebrewing for almost 5 years. I met a few people at NHC who frequent this forum (ercousin, mcrispen, Dan [last name omitted just in case], and Derek Springer. I overheard them talking a lot about it a lot, so thought I would come check it out!
I have a youtube channel which has a lot of beer related stuff on it (see profile). Some of it is crap, but there is also some decent sour brewing videos and information (see the playlists on the channel page). I am also an active member of the Milk The Funk group on Facebook, so much so that I am the main contributor to the MTF wiki (www.milkthefunk.com/wiki).
So far I like the advanced brewing talk going on here! I am happy to have discovered this group!

No, chino, I was initially invited, but they decided to include Brandon Jones instead, which I think was a good idea (he is a co-founder, and one hell of a knowledgeable brewer - embrace the funk blog anyone?). They did give me a shout out though, and that was more than enough! I was on BasicBrewing Radio last year, so I've had my 15 minutes. :)
