A few more kegs will mostly let me service my sister's wedding in October. Beyond that, I just want to be able to keg and carbonate while still serving the last of the outgoing beers and keep all taps flowing.

Oh good, I was about to start thinking my keg fleet was unreasonable. I now have 13 more than my wife thinks I should have, and 1 fewer than I think I should have, but that's because I lost one early on. Like, literally lost it. It just disappeared. I have a picture of a grey handled keg in the first 4 that I bought. I do not currently have a grey handled keg, and I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I've asked friends if I took it to their house...nope. Sold it? nope. Largest item I've ever lost, that's for sure.

Your wife originally tried stealing them to discourage you, i bet.
She should have known better.

I have ~45 cornies both pin and ball, 30ish 1/2 bbls and 10-15 1/6th logs. And a few more here in AK I'm told. Too much I have decided. Going to sell some, wife finally noticed when I was packing for the move how much beer stuff we have.

You literally have more than some breweries.

wife apparently had never been in your basement.

She only went down there to hit the kegerator for a beer.

I need to find me a wife like that.
I suppose first i should focus on finding a girlfriend in the first place...

Except then you won’t be able to afford beer or brewing…

Fair point.

My wife just bought me a $100 gift certificate for the HBS. She knew being unemployed was bugging me a bit and that I haven't had a chance to brew yet in the new place, so she wanted to help me start it up. She's pretty awesome.

Lucky bastard.

My wife is very supportive of my hobby actually. She doesn't understand all the kegs and other crap I buy, but she supports me and she tries to make time for me to brew when we end up having a busy schedule. She just likes to make fun of me for being such a nerd about it, which is probably fair.

Damn, I feel like I'm slacking. I have none. In the next couple of months I'll have at least 1, so that I can bottle from the keg and carbonate there. When we move in to our new place that's literally 6 times the size of where we are now, I'll have at least 5 for the man cave.
