Greg, I thought about ordering extra glasses, but I didn't want to have them just sitting around my house. I now wish that I had gone ahead and ordered some extras; even if I didn't sell them, I could have given them as prizes.
Add it to the list of things I'll have learned for next year...

The big thing was that even though I kept a meticulous spreadsheet of every penny in the comp budget, I had some costs I was estimating when it came to judging. As it turns out, I had in fact built in plenty in the budget, but I just didn't know that when the time came to order the glasses (which have a longer lead time than just about anything aside from the medals).
Hindsight says that it would have been fine to spend another $40 or so on extras, but for a while there, I was worried that I'd end up funding part of this thing out of pocket, and so, I was hesitant to spend any extra at all. Again, live and learn.
