To enter, please share a picture of yourself with some sort of BrewUnited gear - it can be a tee shirt, it can be a medal from the BrewUnited Challenge, it can be one of our stickers or glasses. If you don't own any BU merchandise, never fear - just grab a sheet of paper and write "BrewUnited" on it, and make your sign visible in the photo.

A post here to the message boards counts as an entry. Posts to social media sites - or to other forums/websites where photo posts like this are allowed - count as additional entries. However, we do need to know about these extra posts, so please let us know about them by sharing links to your posts (you can share a link either here on the BU forums or on the BU facebook page).

We reserve the right to award additional prizes for particularly creative photos and such!

Now, for a few rules and technicalities:

Picture posts should include both your face and the BU logo (or the words BrewUnited, such as on a homemade sign) clearly visible. Other than that, composition is up to you - show you with your brewing gear, show yourself brewing or drinking a beer, show yourself at the LHBS, whatever you like.

Generally, we ask that you please limit picture posts to one per domain - we don't want to come across as spammy. So, a post here, one at Facebook, one at Instagram, and one at Twitter would count as four distinct entries. Four posts to twitter, on the other hand, would only net you one entry. An exception to this would be more than one post to facebook; for instance, if you post once to your timeline and once to a homebrewing group.

Again, all posts need to include a link for us to verify your post - so private facebook posts, or those to closed groups are not likely to net any entries for you.

Please do not spam. We want positive exposure, we don't want you annoying other websites. Context is key; showing yourself in a BU tee shirt with your kettle is probably fine in most homebrewing forums, but just a picture of you and a BU tee shirt comes across as spam. Use good judgement.

The contest ends at 11:59 PM, CST, on January 15th, 2016. A random winner will be drawn and announced on January 16th, 2016. Any discretionary prizes will also be announced on the 16th.

The judgement of the BU staff will be final as to what does or does not constitute a valid entry.
