A few minutes ago, I walked in to discover my wife surreptitiously enjoying a sip of my Kentucky Common. I have literally *never* seen the woman take a willing sip of beer - if she;s drinking, it's probably going to be liquor, perhaps wine.

She informed me that this was actually her THIRD sip, and that the beer "wasn't bad". She let me know that it didn't have the trademark beer "stink", nor did it taste bad. She wouldn't seek it out, but could drink a glass of it.

Considering that she usually makes gagging noises and complains about the smell and taste of any beer, I'm considering this to be HUGE praise. :)

For three sips of beer? Even I'm not that cheap of a date... and that woman can hold her booze.

She used to like insulting big, burly guys for diluting their Jack with Coke. Multiple shots, she's got an iron liver.
