Yeah, I know. Seems strange.

Due to the fact that I'm a chucklehead and bought more grain than I should have, I ended up with an extra gallon of wort when I brewed my Festbier. So, I ended up splitting off a gallon of it.

I took this gallon and did a flameout addition of Amarillo. Today, I used up the rest of the Amarillo I had in that particular pack as a dry hop... and also used up the rest of the Hallertauer from the Festbier brew.

I figured... why not? Experience tells me that Hallertauer doesn't do a ton as a dry hop, but I figure that it might be interesting to see what I get here. Worst case, I have one whole gallon of beer with slightly funky aroma.
