DirectionsBatch Sparge.

Add 20 quarts of water at 167 F .  60 minutes

Drain.  Add 4.25 gallons at 180 F.  10 minutes

Drain.  Boil 60 minutes

30 days in primary starting at about 65 and finishing at about 70.  Bottle and condition another 30 days.
