I received this box yesterday from FedEx; it contains a bottle of Irish red (blur_yo_face brewed my Enchantress recipe), as well as a bottle of kolsch.
I have them in the fridge, I figure on giving a good couple of days' worth of chill to ensure that any sediment kicked up during shipping has settled.
I'll have both reviews up by Monday!

I was thinking about maybe looking at one of these last night, but I discovered that my mini fridge has come unplugged. So the beer had spent a day at room temps, not cold (as intended).
Monday will almost certainly be the post day of the first review, now.

I have a majority of the Kolsch recipe posted besides the base malt..
it is 9 lbs 4 oz - German Kolsch malt - 3L.. other than that, the recipe is on the database..

yes it is! Sorry, I'm a little late with sending everything out.. Superbowl weekend/friends birthday/brewday has had me busy.. Olan's and Marshall's were sent out last week, but I will send out y'alls this week..
edit: I am all out of the Kolsch unfortunately, but I will be sending you the Red Ale.. just an FYI, I expect some critical reviews.. don't feel like you need to hold back, I'm looking for advice for improvement..

Will do. Planning on calibrating to smithwicks unless you have another commercial example you think is better representative of what you're trying to accomplish.
