The progression of kegs: convince me to buy one keg...

...

I just bought twenty kegs and turned the western part of my house into a walk-in keezer.

I threw my San Diego Super in a starter tonight.  Still have a better bottle full of i uh...think....? 05?

Fuck i wish i had a 15 gal kettle.  I'd do a split batch this weekend.  Maybe ill message my brother tomorrow and see if his friend is using his 15 gal kettle.  I could easily do an 11-12 gal split batch between 05 and super yeast.  It'd be a great way to fill the keezer.

I have more than enough 05 to do 3 batches, too.  Could just split it and steal a carboy or two from my brother and fill the keezer by June 1st.

Also thinking about buying 4 more kegs (by 'fill' the keezer right now i mean 4 kegs, and with a collar i can fit at LEAST 8 kegs in that thing, plus i have 2 3 gal kegs)

I really need to get the collar built tho.  Ill admit, my mom grabbing a beer out of the thing kinda has me encouraged to get it done.  Sharing is always fun!

Turn 'western' into 'basement' in my house in the winter and it'd honestly be accurate.  We have a 'freezer room' that is a pantry in the basement thanhonestly in the winter is cold enough to be a beer cellar.  Our freezer is in there along with all of our home canned food.

I should mention, our freezer is at least 12' long, and the pantry area is at least 2.5x that length.

So Derek broke it this time.  His email actually garbled the name of the hidden topic ID image.  Really, really weird.
