Decided to break the cycle of Olan saying "Matt won't advertise his stuff" by advertising my stuff! Wrote a post on toasting versus charring, and also had the opportunity to review the Brew Bag!

No I have not but I love the idea. I'll need to watch that video after wok, but it sounds like a cool thing to try!
