I have been trying to find a group of brewers interested in learning and sharing knowledge of traditional lager beer. I have found small niche communities but sometimes it can be hard finding friendly, open conversation. 

I don't want to exclude anyone because they are new, and I find the reddit karma system to be an effective counter measure against negative-nancy's. 

I hope that experienced brewers can share their knowledge and if people have questions they can post them there.
