Tasting notes | Simple grain bill, but works wonderfully with the German Ale/Kolsch yeast and the fruitiness of the Palisade hops.
At 7 SRM, it's just a tad over the SRM range for Blonde Ale, 3-6 SRM, but it is not at all noticeable. |
