Hey folk,
Thinking through another Water Series. I was wondering if you all have brewers lab reports that you can forward to me. If you prefer to keep it anonymous - that is fine... just let me know if you don't want a mention.
Even better - if you have seasonable reports, that would be very valuable. I would also appreciate it if you tell how you brew with the water... RO or dilution or straight. Will give everyone a preview of the article before it posts - will likely be in July after NHC.
You can send to me at matt (a) accidentalis.com.
Cheers, Matt

I just go by my yearly local water report. It seems to get me in the ballpark:

I don't have a water report, per se - @vinpaysdoc helped me out when I was first getting into water chemistry and actually called my water provider for me, as the report didn't list what we need. :P
I can share my various ions with you, if you want.

I forget the address, but there's a website out there that has a database of brewing waters. I'm sure a little Google-fu will get you what you need.

Yeah, Brewer's Friend has a long list, but is is very wrong at times. Not all that reliable.
@homebrewdad... if you have the ionic profile - that would be interesting - especially with all the iron rich clay around you.
