Planning an 11g Batch of Marzen for my sister's wedding, using WLP029 as I am want to do.
That being said, I am also kinda thinking of slamming through a 5.5 gallon 2nd batch. But I don't know what to make. It needs to ferment at the same temp 58F, ideally using the same yeast.
But what to make? I have Kolsch on the go already, so no more of that.

Gambrinus Vienna (6L)
Gambrinus Munich (10L)
Gambrinus Honey Malt

I'll fix it tomorrow. In the meantime, don't use quotation marks in thread titles. :P

In the meantime, I cancelled the 2nd-batch Idea. No time to prep everything tonight, so just 11gal wedding marzen tomorrow.

Lets see if I can inspire you to do one anyway, so a simple one. A HUG (Hopfiges Untergaeriges) 12,5 Plato Pils malt & a small bit of Honey malt. Magnum @ ~35 IBU, Mosaic, Citra, Centennial late & dry @ oldskool IPA level.

So, no bonus beer?
Oh, well. At least the email notifications should be corrected.
