I just tapped an American Wheat Beer that I brewed up two weeks ago (recipe and details here)...this is my first go at an all-grain wheat beer of any sort, and wow! The biggest difference I note from previous extract batches (many of which tasted quite good) is in the quality of the head--rich, thick, and creamy. A good summer beer.

Thanks! As it has matured a few days in the keg, it's turning into a perfect summer beer. The sad thing is that this means it won't last very long...
